Shipping & Returns Policy

• We are currently only able to deliver within the UK. Stated delivery is for mainland UK, with additional charges incurred for Scotland, and non-mainland Britain.
• Delivery charges are in addition to the cost of the items purchased, and charged at a standard rate of £40 for the first item and £35 for each additional item for delivery within England and Wales.
• Delivery to all locations will be calculated and quoted on reciept of order, but before despatch. Goods will be packaged and despatched once payment has been received.
• If you wish to arrange a Saturday, or timed am/pm delivery, please contact us for the additional charge prior to payment.
• If an item is out of stock, it will be placed on back order, and delivered as soon as it comes back into stock.
• To ensure easy delivery, please make sure that your contact details, including phone number are correct. Please ensure a mobile or daytime contact number is given. Please also supply any special delivery instructions at time of placing your order.

• Our priority is customer satisfaction. We operate under the distant selling regulations. Refunds are given if the description does not match the product or is misleading.
• Items must be returned within 7 days of reciept, in original packaging.
• Any damages incurred in transit from delivery/couriers will be collected and replaced at the earliest time possible. A refund is not given of the delivery fees.
• In the event of zero (sold out) stock a refund will be given.
